Our second stop was The Cheesecake Factory in Birmingham. The best part about stopping here was the location. It’s located at The Summit, an unbelievably beautiful shopping center with every store you could possibly need.
Some of the stores that caught my eye: White House | Black Market, Charming Charlie, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Banana Republic. Their restaurants were pretty impressive too. They had California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang’s, Johnny Rockets, Pinkberry, Which Wich, and Izzo’s Illegal Burritos. I get so excited because we have such a limited selection of stores and restaurants down here on the coast.
On to the cheesecake. Every Cheesecake Factory we’ve been to has been beautiful. They have a great menu but this time we stopped strictly for cheesecake. The selection of cheesecakes is crazy. I didn’t count but I would say they had about twenty different cheesecakes all available by the slice. I picked up a slice of the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake (I LOVE Godiva), Jason got the Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake, and we got a slice of the Tiramisu Cheesecake for Tonalea. They were all amazing!
I love going to The Cheesecake Factory every chance I get. If you’re ever near one when traveling, it’s definitely worth the stop!
